Job Description:
A company is looking for a Premium & Billing Service Processor
to join their Group Protection Operations Team in a remote
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage premium and billing applications, ensuring accuracy and
completeness
Troubleshoot issues related to premium and billing, and handle
basic reporting
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders and
manage cases in accordance with established procedures
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
0 - 1+ years of billing, premium, and/or reconciliation
experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
