Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accountant to
provide technical guidance on accounting issues and ensure
compliance with US GAAP.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in performing accounting analysis and provide technical
accounting guidance
Support M&A due diligence and integrations, and assist with
external audits
Manage global stock-based accounting and aspects of cap table
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and Financial Reporting
Experience at a Big 4 Accounting Firm
Strong command of Excel
Experience at a pre-IPO SaaS company (nice to have)
