This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in partnership development and affiliate marketing. The Director will work closely with large organizations to establish partnerships that enhance our brand visibility and sales performance.ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Program Development:

• Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop a unique value proposition for affiliates that differentiates our program in the marketplace.Outreach and Partnerships:
  • Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with large organizations and key industry players.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to maximize participation and performance.Performance Management:
    • Oversee the performance of the affiliate program, tracking key metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI.
    • Collaborate with the affiliate management team to ensure partner engagement and drive performance improvements.Strategic Planning:
      • Focus on future acquisitions and expansion of the affiliate network, identifying new opportunities for growth.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform program enhancements.Collaborate:
        • Partner with the sales and marketing departments to create and implement marketing campaignsTeam Leadership:
          • Lead and mentor a team responsible for partner participation, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

            • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
            • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development.
            • Strong understanding of digital marketing and affiliate program management.
            • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
            • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $141,372.00-$232,254.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
