Job Description:
A company is looking for a TAC Engineer/Senior Engineer to
provide technical support for complex networking and security
issues in customer production networks.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers resolve product and network problems of varied
complexity
Troubleshoot network security issues in production environments
Replicate customer issues in a lab setting and collaborate with
engineering teams for solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
5+ years of hands-on experience in technical support
Expertise in troubleshooting network security issues (e.g., IPsec,
SSL VPNs)
Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP,
MPLS)
Basic knowledge of scripting (bash/python) and cloud computing
(AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
