Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Principal Engineer -
FedRAMP to lead the design and implementation of a new
FedRAMP-compliant system.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical architecture and design of a FedRAMP-compliant
system
Oversee and implement security design best practices and compliance
with FedRAMP standards
Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of security-first
development
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in building FedRAMP or similarly regulated
systems
Documented experience implementing cloud solution tools for FedRAMP
controls
Expertise in secure cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including
SOC 2, NIST, and HIPAA
Familiarity with HCM, AI-driven talent management, and workforce
analytics is a plus
