You will be accountable for creating and implementing our technology strategy, guaranteeing our products meet the highest security and compliance standards, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technologists.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Ensure our products meet the highest security, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales.
• Translate the CEO's vision into a clear and actionable technology roadmap.
• Deliver products on time and within budget.Mandatory Skills
  • Must have at least 15 years of experience in the IT field, with at least five to seven years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare technology trends and regulations (preferred)
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technology teams.
  • Experience in developing and launching secure and compliant healthcare products.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into technical solutions.
