Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering -
Deploys.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of engineers designing scalable services
for infrastructure
Define the charter for the Deploy systems and infrastructure within
the Server Platform organization
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to set strategy
and priorities for teams and projects
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing high output engineering teams
Experience building and scaling distributed systems in a public
cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP)
Hands-on experience with core software infrastructure systems and
technologies
Proven track record of motivating and mentoring senior
engineers
Experience aligning roadmaps with the needs of internal client
teams
