Job Description:
A company is looking for an RFP Manager to analyze and respond
to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information related to
Employee Benefits products.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and complete custom RFPs and consultant questionnaires
for Large Case and National Accounts markets
Conduct planning sessions with sales representatives and Subject
Matter Experts to address RFP scope and establish timelines
Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely completion and
communication with external partners
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years of experience managing RFPs, preferably in the Insurance
Industry
Project management experience is desirable
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree and extensive knowledge of Employee Benefits
products are preferred
