Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Management Operations Specialist to develop and oversee talent processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and implement new talent processes to enhance employee engagement
Drive execution of existing talent programs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent practices with organizational strategy

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Expertise in Global Talent processes delivered by Workday
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging data for process improvements
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent management practices
