Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Service Delivery to oversee
client expectations and support consumers with software and
services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client site implementation and maintenance, ensuring updates
and quality assurance
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and
train clients on system features
Resolve client issues promptly and drive continuous process
improvements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience
preferred
2+ years of project management experience
Solid technical background and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot
Tables)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
