A company is looking for a Manager, Operations Business
Processes to drive operational excellence and optimize business
workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and analyze existing processes, identifying areas for
improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure workflow
alignment
Develop and implement process improvement recommendations to
enhance efficiency and profitability
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work
experience
7+ years of insurance experience, preferably in compliance, claims,
or product
Experience working within an MGA business model
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and tasks simultaneously
