Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager,
CRM.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the tooling and technical infrastructure for
whitelabel CRM programs
Create and monitor complex automations with static and dynamic
target and content
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful programs for
partners based on their unique needs
Required Qualifications
5-6 years of hands-on experience executing CRM programs with
technical implementations
Experience with complex marketing automation/CRM systems like
Braze, ExactTarget, or Responsys
Deep expertise in customer segmentation, list management, and
deliverability
Exceptional project management skills with experience managing
multiple projects
Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple
stakeholders
