Plan and implement team activities to meet underwriting business
objectives
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in underwriting and portfolio management
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and company
policies
Experience in strategic planning and implementation
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
