Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards and
People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a total rewards strategy aligned with business
objectives to attract and retain talent
Design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits
programs while monitoring their effectiveness
Collaborate with various departments to provide data-driven
insights and support for compensation-related decisions
Required Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in compensation and benefits program
design and implementation
Experience with executive compensation and engagement with a
Compensation Committee
Technical expertise in compensation positioning, incentive design,
and compliance
Strong financial acumen and ability to present relevant financial
data to senior audiences
Proficient in project management, particularly in change management
and training
