Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Strategy and Operations to
lead strategic initiatives and drive systems change in education
and workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of national innovation projects
aligned with the organization's mission
Build and manage strategic relationships with training providers,
employers, and funders
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, ensuring
alignment with organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
10-12+ years of leadership experience in strategy, operations, and
partnership management
Demonstrated expertise in data insights, design research, and
community-centered design
Proven track record of developing and scaling innovative solutions
in a mission-driven setting
Strong project and product management skills with a focus on
organizational alignment
Experience in coalition building and stakeholder engagement at
regional or national levels
