driving PepsiCo's Always, Everywhere vision across functions. This
organization is responsible for setting and accelerating the PFUS
growth agenda across the business.The Commercial Planning team
commercializes initiatives across categories, brands, channels &
customers by successfully collaborating with all cross-functional
groups but primarily sales, brand marketing, and innovation
marketing.The PFUS Brand Commercial Director reports into the Vice
President of Brand Commercialization and will be based out of
Plano, TX.This role will be responsible for the end-to-end
commercialization of all marketing and national initiatives for the
Multipack & Permissible portfolios with the Brand Commercial Team
and appropriate project teams.Responsibilities
- Deliver the Business: Deliver the annual net revenue plan for a
select group of portfolio priorities and brands (Multipack &
Permissible).
- Collaborate with Marketing: Develop winning relationships with
all marketing teams.
- Lead Brand Commercial Projects: Manage and lead the development
of all end-to-end brand commercial selling elements for innovation
and activation.
- Communication Liaison: Lead the cross-functional wiring of all
commercial initiatives and serve as primary point-of-contact for
Multipack and Permissible marketing teams on commercial needs.
- Innovation Commercial Planning: Deliver the in-year and the
3-2-1 innovation plan for the Multipack and Permissible
platforms.
- Innovation/TPO/LIO: Ensure seamless coordination of end-to-end
timelines/processes for innovation launches and LIO/TPO
actions.
- Strategy: Lead the end-to-end commercialization of Multipack
and Permissible commercial strategic projects for horizon 1 and
2.
- Transformation: Lead 1-2 transformation projects across the
commercial space (e.g., digitization, capability building,
etc.).
- Agility: Remain flexible as commercial needs arise to
troubleshoot and solve immediate business needs to ensure flawless
in-market excellence.
- Holistic Planning: Lead the convergence of the annual
innovation strategy and plan from an end-to-end perspective
ensuring guardrails are met, space plan is adequate, and other key
objectives.
- Percent Travel: 5% (very low if at all).Compensation and
Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between
$125,900 - $249,900.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and
education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25%
of annual salary paid out annually.
- An additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out
over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility
and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental
leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10 years' experience in the CPG industry, including functional
experience in sales, marketing, shopper marketing, or related.
- Project management/execution experience.
- Process design/optimization aptitude.
- Collaboration skills with ability to influence multiple levels
- up & down.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple
functions.
- Strong excel & analytical skills, ability to link strategy,
forecast & plan.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to send
and receive communication clearly and concisely.
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to
work in the United States.
