Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry professional to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a Cardiac Telemetry specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services to an assigned group of patients. This role involves patient assessment, care planning, and provision of quality nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and services to patients with cardiac conditions
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Supervise and direct LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and other clinical/clerical associates
• Function as charge nurse for the unit as assignedRequirements:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing
  • BLS Required
