Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Charge Nurse to join our team in making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and community members.
The ideal candidate must possess a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a current and valid RN license from a Compact Party State.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to residents and community members
  
• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and treatment
