TravelNurseSource is working with GQR Healthcare to find a qualified Psych RN in Denton, Texas, 76210 Pay Information $1,951 per week About The Position Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse --- Mid-Shift We're seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in a facility setting for individuals with intellectual disabilities and medically fragile conditions. Responsibilities: --- Deliver individualized nursing care. --- Float to other units as required. --- Administer medication to individuals taking multiple medications. --- Communicate effectively with team members and patients. Requirements: --- Active Texas RN License. --- AHA BLS Certification. --- Excellent communication skills. --- Experience with larger med pass. --- COVID---19 vaccination. Additional Information: --- 26---week contract, 40---hour work week. --- Shifts: 2:00 pm --- 10:00 pm, 5 days a week, every other weekend. --- 6---week orientation, starting bi-monthly. --- Familiarity with the Iris/Cerner EMR system is a plus. Ideal candidates have experience in nursing homes.
