Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Pharmacy Tech/Call Center
Agent in Customer Relations to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls for pharmacy support and inquiries
Research and interpret company procedures to resolve customer
concerns
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of
issues
Required Qualifications
Must be a resident of specific states due to regulatory
compliance
Possess or obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in the state of
residence
1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based
applications
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
