Job Description:

As a Clinical Manager RN at UT Health Tyler, you will provide innovative leadership to maximize the department's contribution to overall hospital performance through effective planning and human and financial resource management, resulting in quality outcomes in line with financial goals of the institution.Responsibilities

• Provides for the delivery of care to a group of patients and evaluates the multi-disciplinary care in a systematic fashion to improve outcomes.
• Responsible for assuring hospital compliance with all local, state and federal regulations as well as accrediting organizations.
• The Clinical Manager RN delivers care within the framework of hospital philosophy in concert with departments and services within the hospital.
• Requires a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the State of Texas, at least two years recent experience in the nursing specialty, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Additional qualifications include BLS and graduation from an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.Benefits
