TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Plano, Texas, 75075 Pay Information $1,617 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 (Days/Nights) Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience and 2 years of specialty experience License: Active RN License required (Temporary license will not be accepted) Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Must-Have: - Experience in MEDITECH preferred - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) - TCRN (Trauma Certified Registered Nurse) Job Description: - Work in a high-acuity ICU/CCU environment - Perform procedures such as central line insertions, arterial line insertions, thoracotomies, bedside tracheostomies, and chest tube insertions - Maintain a patient ratio of 2:1 - Collaborate with a Supervisor and Patient Care Technician (PCT) on every shift - Ensure thorough documentation using Meditech - Adhere to scheduling requirements, including every other weekend - Float to other units as needed - Dress in royal blue scrubs, adhere to professional grooming standards - Maintain clean and healthy nails; no artificial nails, gel, or similar enhancements - Cover tattoos where feasible and adhere to restrictions on visible piercings - Expectations for neat hair that is pulled back if shoulder length or longer during shifts in the lab All applications must meet the specified requirements and adhere to the guidelines provided. 26822805EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
