A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Underwriter specializing in Restaurants.



Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze new and renewal insurance applications for Restaurant Businessowners Policies
Determine appropriate coverage, pricing, and terms for policies based on underwriting guidelines and risk assessment
Collaborate with agents & brokers to gather necessary information and resolve inquiries related to underwriting decisions


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting, with a focus on Businessowners Policies and restaurant underwriting preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills for evaluating complex risks
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
