Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Trainer to design
and implement training programs for staff and healthcare
providers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and expand training materials and eLearning modules based on
industry and departmental needs
Conduct training sessions and needs analysis to assess end user
competencies
Collaborate with management to evaluate the effectiveness of
training programs and revise as necessary
Required Qualifications
Three years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in
managed healthcare or call center customer service
Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is strongly
preferred
Experience with Customer Service systems such as Business
Information systems and Health Management Systems preferred
Experience in developing or delivering adult learning preferred
Experience in technical or professional writing preferred
