Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead
a growing engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Set a strategic vision and develop a roadmap in collaboration with
product counterparts
Manage developers by identifying career and development
opportunities
Ensure alignment and collaboration between Design, Product, and
Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Experience managing software development teams
Proven track record of delivering well-designed and tested
software
Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth company or consumer
fintech
Experience working collaboratively with product management, design,
and data partners
Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Ruby
on Rails, GraphQL, Kafka, Typescript, and ReactJS (not all
required)
