Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to manage
and troubleshoot their hosted Windows Server environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments while
troubleshooting issues
Analyze log files, resolve customer support tickets, and provide
training as needed
Manage internal and external monitoring tools and ensure security
compliance
Required Qualifications
Strong foundation in automation and experience with Azure Pipelines
management
Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure Cloud
environments
Experience in database administration, specifically with Oracle and
MSSQL
Ability to perform after-hours support and installations as
required
Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Site 24x7, and
Datadog
