Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer - Databases Management
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage databases and build custom services to automate database
operations
Architect scalable low-latency systems and data pipelines while
writing supporting code
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices and
conducting code reviews
Required Qualifications
Experience with various database technologies and operational best
practices
At least 5 years of software development experience in distributed
systems
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data
structures, and algorithms
Familiarity with Go and high-performance databases is a plus
