Seeking a skilled RN to provide continuous care to a medically fragile patient in a school setting, requiring a strong understanding of feeding tube and trach care.

  As a RN with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Implement physician's prescribed plan of care
    
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
    
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
    
  • Document care provided in our system of record
    
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and care
    
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
    
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on client problems and concerns
    
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    
  • Assist patients with travel to and from school
    
    
    Qualifications:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
      
    • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
      
    • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
      
    • At least six months prior hands-on nursing experience
      
    • Reliable transportation
