Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to define, design, and document Test Environment capabilities and requirements, coordinating across all engineering teams. You will be responsible for integrating state-of-the-art test solutions with advanced engineering systems, ensuring robustness and efficiency. What You Will Do:

• Apply knowledge of subsystems and collaborate with other engineering disciplines
• Detail capabilities and derive requirements
• Communicate test equipment needs and requirements to Test Equipment designers
• Manage requirements and traceability
• Leverage and apply reuse of Test Environment requirements and models for efficient test design and development
• Develop subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture
• Interact with Technical SMEs to understand the subsystem and resolve issues Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years' prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Systems Engineering or other Engineering discipline with a focus on test requirements development, methodologies, integration, verification, and/or validation for test
  • Experience with developing, decomposing, and managing system requirements across a product lifecycle
  • Experience with test related activities throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government issued security clearance
