Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Implementation
Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert on software
applications and workflows in clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
Master complex software applications and assist new customers with
their implementation
Map current workflows into new application workflows and document
business requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to develop Statements of Work and
ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, preferably in
clinical research
Familiarity with EDC, EMR/EHR, and clinical trial information
systems
Deep understanding of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and
clinical research processes
Experience with operational and regulatory reporting in clinical
research
