Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Captains to join our team at Carbone Dallas, an Italian-American restaurant paying homage to mid-20th century New York. Our food nods to history, with dishes like Seafood Salad and Veal Parmesan elevated to a new level.

Responsibilities:
--- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure service exceeds expectations.
--- Inspect dining room and ensure cleanliness and safety.
--- Receive guests, assist with seating, and check tables for guest satisfaction.
--- Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards.

Requirements:
--- 2-3 years as a Captain in an upscale, high volume restaurant required.
--- 2 years in a Michelin recognized restaurant preferred.
--- Professional, articulate, and punctual.
--- Full time flexible hours required.
--- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift 30 lbs.
