Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Associate I to handle
inquiries and facilitate the enrollment process for prospective
students.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound
calls and chat inquiries
Act as a subject matter expert on admissions processes and
requirements
Gather and verify information to ensure accuracy and maintain
updated account history
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and
education
One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably
in a call center environment
Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a
plus
Aptitude for working with computers and learning new software
applications quickly
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
