Job Description:

A company is looking for a part-time Virtual Tech Assistant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide live technical, video, and audio support during remote depositions
Organize documents needed for virtual depositions
Ensure client comfort with the platform and address technical questions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience with video/audio conferencing, specifically Zoom
Availability for at least 20 hours a week, with full availability three days a week
Minimum of 6 months experience working remotely
Willingness to meet weekly training and educational requirements
