Leave Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and apply department processes and regulatory
policies
Manage and prioritize incoming claims and correspondence to meet
turnaround times
Conduct outreach to claimants and healthcare providers to gather
necessary information for claims management
Required Qualifications
High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent work
experience preferred
1-2 years' experience in a disability claims environment
Experience with state-mandated disability claims is highly
preferred
Knowledge of federal and state laws on leaves of absence
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
