Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Automation
Specialist to enhance customer experiences through chatbot
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and innovate customer experience using chatbot flows with
Intercom
Leverage AI technologies to improve chatbot performance and
personalize interactions
Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to enhance
chatbot functionality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience managing and optimizing chatbot platforms,
particularly Intercom
Strong knowledge of AI-driven chatbot technology, including NLP and
ML
Excellent understanding of customer service processes and
automation
Ability to analyze chatbot performance metrics and implement
improvements
