A company is looking for an Event Solution Coordinator
responsible for managing and coordinating event-related projects
for a media and entertainment client.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate event-related projects, ensuring smooth
implementation within budget and timeline
Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and suppliers
throughout the event planning process
Utilize travel industry knowledge to address issues and provide
solutions to clients
Required Qualifications
Several years of experience in the travel industry
Working knowledge of GDS Sabre
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Flexibility in work hours
Experience with hotel group block and rooming list coordination
