Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Supply to lead the
recruitment and management of instructors for their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for instructor growth and
engagement
Engage directly with instructors for high-touch sales and
support
Manage supply-side processes to optimize instructor engagement and
success
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales or general management roles, preferably in
high-growth education technology or marketplace businesses
Ability to balance strategic planning with operational
execution
High standards of excellence and a strong work ethic
Hands-on approach to driving business initiatives
Experience in hiring and mentoring team members
