Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Operations Specialist
who will manage tasks and projects for the Client Service
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the design and documentation of internal processes and
procedures
Support Client Service leadership with reporting needs and maintain
training statistics
Manage the Seismic content for the Client Service department and
train team members on its use
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
equivalent work experience
1-3 years of experience in metrics and data report building
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Looker,
and Qualtrics
LMS proficiency
Experience in operational support and process improvement
