Job Description:
A company is looking for an Eligibility Representative III who
will process and maintain eligibility information for large group
accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process enrollment fallout submitted by employer
groups
Troubleshoot escalated eligibility issues for immediate
resolution
Respond to eligibility inquiries from internal and external
customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; post high school coursework in
Business or Accounting is helpful
Three to four years of combined membership eligibility and health
insurance experience
Experience within the HMO/Health care industry preferred
