A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative
for Priority Xfinity Communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales
inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and account inquiries
in a single interaction
Build consultative relationships with customers to enhance their
experience and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Some high school coursework
0-2 years of relative work experience
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
Familiarity with technology and multiple communication
platforms
