Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Data Scientist to lead innovative NLP and GenAI projects, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You'll guide research-to-deployment pipelines, mentor junior talent, and partner cross-functionally to drive production-ready AI solutions in the healthcare domain.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept to implementation, including writing concept papers.
• Design and deploy ML models, including transformer-based architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams in an agile environment.
• Mentor junior data scientists and drive technical direction.
• Conduct trend analysis and optimize ML model performance.
• Ensure model alignment with ethical standards and responsible AI practices.Required Skills:
  • 5+ years in machine learning, data science, or NLP.
  • 4+ years of Python/R experience (PyTorch, HuggingFace, pandas).
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, GenAI, and production deployment.
  • Cloud experience (Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipeline familiarity.
  • Agile development and observability tools experience.Preferred Qualifications:
    • M.S. or Ph.D. in a computational field.
    • Experience with SQL, XML/XSLT, symbolic NLP, and hybrid AI methods.
    • Background in healthcare or medical coding is a strong plus.
    • Full-stack or DevOps engineering exposure is desirable.
