Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to join our procurement team.

Responsibilities:

Review free-form quotes and requisitions to ensure accuracy and contractual compliance
Assist internal end-users in initiating accurate requisitions
Manage and update product catalogs in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders
Oversee software resellers and renewal processes
Conduct electronic Requests for Quote (RFQs) for new product purchases
Negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and manage low-spend contract negotiations
Resolve invoice discrepancies, purchase order corrections, and general procurement system inquiries



Requirements

2-4 years' of experience in a similar procurement, sourcing, or buyer role
Familiarity with Coupa procurement software
Solid understanding of supply chain principles
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized
Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
Ethical and professional, with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable using analytical and technical tools to support decisions
