Job Description:
One of Adecco's leading financial customers has a Program
Manager position in the Irving area. This position is in their
credit card loyalty and new program. This role combines Program
Management expertise and reqwuires a combination of planning,
execution and relationship management skills. This person will be
responsible for defining and executing the product and IT strategy
for the loyalty platform, based on input from the ThankYou business
teams regarding loyalty program strategy. He/She will also be
responsible for issue resolution and management efforts pertaining
to the platform. The successful candidate will work as integral
part of a team responsible for delivering a best-in-class member
experience across the digital touch points of the loyalty programs:
the website, mobile applications, and the infrastructure that
supports them. To accomplish this, he/she will be focused on
continuously enhancing the loyalty platform to deliver an
industry-leading customer experience while managing operating
costs.
