Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of pay ranges for various
job families based on market data and organizational compensation
philosophy
Participate in the collection and analysis of compensation data for
external salary surveys and assist in interpreting results
Perform detailed compensation analysis to identify trends and
generate reports on compensation metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics,
with a preference for experience in salary surveys
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and HRIS systems,
preferably Workday
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to
interpret complex data
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP) are a plus
