We're looking for someone who is experienced with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra or Similar. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending.The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial loan products, a strong analytical background, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology solutions. • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market trends.
• Advise client stakeholders and support ideation and creation of roadmap
• Provide deep subject matter expertise in commercial lending.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of commercial lending origination systems.
• Ensure that systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop reports and dashboards for tracking loan performance and key business metrics.
• Accountable for overall quality and consistency of requirements.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices.Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Lending originations with 3+ years in leadership role
  • Experience taking detailed requirements directly from client, including functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial lending processes and regulations.
  • Proven experience in system development and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership and technical teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Preferred Attributes
    • Experience with commercial lending origination platforms such as nCino, Finastra, or similar systems.
    • Experience in regulatory compliance in commercial lending.
