Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Analyst to bridge
business needs and technical solutions, primarily focusing on
Workday and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between technology and Workday
operations, optimizing business processes and performing diagnostic
tests
Oversee enterprise interfaces and enhance the efficiency of data
exchange between internal and external systems
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and recommend
improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to define business
requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data
Analytics, or a related field
Three years of hands-on experience with Workday, preferably with
Workday Studio
Workday certification is strongly preferred
Experience with SQL and relational databases, as well as scripting
languages for task automation
Familiarity with business process automation tools and EHR clinical
and financial systems
