Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to gather
information and synthesize findings into business requirements and
design.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to gather and
analyze business requirements
Assist project managers with development and provide updates on
project processes and deliverables
Support cross-technology improvement initiatives using industry
knowledge
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, and HRSD
4+ years of experience as a business analyst
Experience with both agile and waterfall software delivery
methods
Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish
Proven experience managing stakeholders
