Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Provider Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Provider Contracting functions and lead negotiations
with healthcare providers
Oversee the development of provider contracting strategies and
ensure network adequacy
Coach and evaluate team members while managing performance and
training initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in Healthcare Administration or Provider
Contracting, including 2+ years in a leadership role
5+ years of experience in provider contract negotiations in a
managed healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of managed healthcare provider compensation and
VBP methodologies
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising
employees
