Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the Data
Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale a team of engineers building next-generation data
platform infrastructure
Collaborate with Tech Lead and CTO to drive architectural decisions
for mission-critical systems
Mentor and grow engineering talent while fostering a culture of
technical excellence
Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on technical abilities across infrastructure
(Kubernetes, Terraform) and data systems (OLAP databases, Kafka,
distributed KV stores)
Experience leading engineering teams while maintaining technical
depth
Experience debugging complex distributed systems and optimizing for
performance at scale
Focus on pragmatic solutions that deliver business value
