• Salary starting at $95,000, commensurate with experience, region, and qualifications

          • As our Clinical Director, you'll wear many hats - strategist, mentor, innovator, and collaborator. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
          • Leadership in Action: Oversee clinical and administrative operations for your region/sub-region, ensuring everything runs smoothly and with purpose.
          • Partner for Success: Collaborate with Executive Directors, VPs, and corporate leaders to develop innovative business strategies and growth plans.
          • Master of Metrics: Drive clinical and operational excellence through performance metrics, including clinical quality, retention, satisfaction, and financial goals.
          • Budget Boss: Take the reins on regional financials, set annual budgets, and ensure responsible spending - including oversight of purchasing decisions to balance cost-effectiveness with operational needs.

              • Active BCBA Certification required
              • Active LBA Certification as issued by the Texas Department of Licensing Committee required
              • At least 5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations management
              • Experience working in behavioral healthcare or related industry
